President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the country only has about 10% of what it needs for its air defenses and ruled out diplomatic contacts with Russia, Reuters reported Thursday.Participating in a question-and-answer session with the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Zelenskyy said diplomacy was not possible with leaders who do not respect international law.The comments come as Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to meet Turkey’s President Erdogan on Thursday.It’s expected that Turkey could formally offer to host peace talks between Russia and the West in a bid to end the war in Ukraine.
